Golam Morshed - our Director/Principal Consultant (known as Morshed) founded the consultancy in 2003. He has spent all his professional life in managing financial resources of third sector organisations. His experience span in three continents Asia, Africa and Europe with grassroots, national and international organsiations both in operational and strategic level. Morshed has managed major changes e.g. implementing financial systems in several decentralised locations and relocating head office to another continent in his finance director role. He has also spent dedicated time in various volunteering roles including treasurer of leading London based organisation. Morshed is a qualified accountant and also have an MBA. Martin Leo - Consultant: Martin is a dedicated accountant specailising in supporting total financial management services for small and medium size organisations. He is an expert in payroll system setting up and its management.

James Obaya - Associate: James has experience of working in Uganda, Kenya and UK with several third sector organisations. He specialised in management accounting and is an expert in Sun Accounting Systems.

Akhter Khan - Associate: Akhter not only has long experience in book-keeping for third sector organisations, he also has established and running small business. Musa's flexibility to meet the organisation need has made him indispensable.

Zenon Smith - Associate: Zenon's expert presence ensures that we are at the state of the art at our IT systems and your information's are kept securely.

Shahnaj Morshed - Customer Services: Shahanj has worked in, local govt, grassroots organisations as well as global players like Oxfam. She makes sure that your need are fully met, and we maintain highest customer care.
