Charity Finance Director Services - flexible for your use only when you need

We can support  you with our finance director services and is available for you all the time. Our involvement could be in varying degrees depending on your situation.

  • Interim - we can help you to overcome a special situation and to bring you in stable position before handing over to your permanent finance director. Our past assignment includes a full time or 2/3 days week or started with five days and then reduced to even 1/2 days.

  • Part-time - we are helping some organisations when they need finance director services but do not have resources or requirement for full time. 

  • Virtual - why not make the best use of advanced technology. With one organsation we are available all the time and even attending meeting over skype or video conferencing.

Project implemented

·         Stepped in the finance director role initially for five days and then reduced to 2 days a week. The assignment focused on rebuilding the team, completion of audit and keep the business running smoothly.

·         The Part- time finance director with 3 days/month involvement ensuring that all aspects of financial management including company secretarial functions

Organisational environment

·         The existing FD left in the middle of annual audits, and  needed someone to start immediately without any hand over. Further five members of finance team also left immediately after the FD.

·         Organisation went through major changes, it closed  subsidiaries, established another organisation and reorganised structure.

 

  • An Insight View from our Consultant Finance Director

    In most of FD assignments, I have spent more time on communication and relationship management than accounting and it is certainly more true in interim assignments. After a day with one of my interim FD role, I met the CEO and told that organisation's current problem has nothing to do with accounting but the team members those are neither communicating with themselves nor outside the team.
