Case Study  1:  A major International NGO was implementing an agriculture and livelihood programmes in Afghanistan through multiple local partner NGOs. The programme was funded by EU with a tune of around 5 million Euro. An objective assessment of the financial management of the NGO and its partner was required  by the donor as well for the NGO to document its lesson learning. We conducted the review involving partners on the ground and the NGO and documented lessons learnt. 

Case Study  2:  A leading funding body in UK initiated an investigation in response to an alleged abuse/misappropriation of funds by a grant recipient charity in London. We were asked to investigate the situation and to recommend necessary steps for the donor.
